Another great night of Tarpon fishing in Islamorada !

We have been enjoying a great night bite Tarpon fishing in Islamorada. Drifting crabs at dark has been working fabulous both on the incoming and outgoing tides with the outgoing being the best. We have been averaging 10 to 15 Tarpon bites a night with mostly big fish putting down a show. When the Tarpon eat the bait and the angler gets tight on the line this fish go absolutely nuts, jumping and pulling tight drags like there is no tomorrow. A great thing about fishing at night this time of the year is not only that you double and triple the bites you will get in the date time but you also beat the heat !
